That's one I don't have here, but would love to take! You definitely should try the RPM class -- next week!! If you tell the instructor you're new, I guarantee they will make it their mission to help you enjoy the class (and get a lot out of it!). On the tracking front, think about it this way: you can "cheat" yourself by not logging on the app, but the scale won't play those games. Do you want to end the week being pissed at the scale, when you KNOW you didn't track honestly? You've seen that you can lose when you do track, so what's stopping you? I also recently remembered (because I was hungry all the time) that I don't have to be hungry all the time if I, oh, eat 0PP fruits and vegetables when I'm hungry (duh, Carolyn).
